Hospitality & Ushering

The Hospitality and Ushering department at RCCG City On A Hill is the first point of contact for everyone who visits our church. We believe that a warm welcome can open a heart to receive the Word of God, and we take our role as “gatekeepers” in the house of the Lord seriously.

Our mission is to ensure that every person feels valued, comfortable, and at home from the moment they step onto our premises. We are a team of dedicated servers committed to excellence in hospitality and maintaining order during our services.

Our ushers are trained to assist the congregation with seating and maintaining a peaceful atmosphere for worship. Meanwhile, our hospitality team focuses on welcoming first-time guests, providing them with necessary information, and ensuring they feel the love of our church family.

Serving in this department is a call to humility and love. Team members are encouraged to view their work as service to God, demonstrating kindness, patience, and grace in every interaction.
